Streptococcus species and other closely related organisms are a common cause of clinical and subclinical mastitis in the UK. Due to high shedding, they are also a common cause of spiking bactoscan. This course will cover the epidemiology and management of Streptococcal mastitis.

The course will discuss responsible approaches to therapy, both during lactation and over the dry period. This course will use real case studies to highlight different approaches to Streptococcal mastitis.
